How much time does this require from me?

Memberships are designed to support your business without overwhelming you. Depending on tier, Members can choose to plug into weekly training and education, strategy calls, and more. For financial and reporting, members will be more hands off, allowing our team to do the heavy lifting and just needing you for clarification or approval.

How does billing work?

Memberships are billed monthly via secure Square recurring invoice. You’ll receive an invoice after submitting your membership request to set up recurring billing.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Yes. Memberships require a minimum commitment period, which will be outlined during onboarding. This ensures we can provide meaningful strategy, planning, and support.

Can I upgrade or change my membership later?

Yes. Memberships can be upgraded at any time as your business grows. Downgrades may require notice and are subject to the terms of your membership agreement.

Can I cancel my membership?

Yes. Memberships may be canceled after the 3 month commitment period. Access to member benefits ends at the conclusion of the billing cycle.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the nature of the program, immediate access to resources, and limited membership availability, OpSuite Memberships are non-refundable.
